What happened
The mixer operator was pulling a full mixing bowl from mixer #4 then turned it and attempted to push it to the divider hoist. While doing so the employee stepped forward with their left foot and rolled their ankle outwards. Initially the employee did not feel pain but as time progressed and after their break pain started on their heel when put in weight.
