EE climbed up on a 3-step ladder positioned on top of cutting table to take a close-up photo of the hanging sensors for the Italy technician.
What happened
Ladder front two legs were position right at the edge of the table. When EE climbed up her weight may have claused the A-frame to spread a a bit which was enough to clause the ladder to slip off the table. EE slipped off the ladder and landed on table top at a upright seated position.
