The Moulder operator was working on Moulder 1 performing his regular duties when a large piece of dough came through the line and got jammed up at the pressure board after the sheeter and before the seeder. The line was still running and more dough accumulated creating a a situation where the employee opened the board and got the dough out. When doing so their right pinkie finger got caught on the dough that was being moved by the belt and twisted it.
