What happened
EE reports she was walking into shipping office when her feet became entangled in someone 's feet who was walking out of office thru same door. EE stumbled approx. 3 feet forward while trying to regain her balance before hitting cubical partition in front of her and then falling to the floor. EE states extreme pain in area between her shoulder and elbow in her left arm reports she did not lose consciousness or hit her head during fall.
