The employee was changing cylinders on the oxygen cart.

While lifting the cylinder the employee lost their grip on the cylinder which smashed the middle and ring fingers on the right hand between the cylinder and support rail on the cart. The employee then walked towards their supervisors office in order to report the injury and passed out enroute striking the pavement with their head.

The employee sustained a contusion on middle and index fingers of the right hand and abrasions on the face head.
