What happened
The employees lifted a pallet of 3 metal coils with a crane. When the pallet was upright in a vertical position they cut the supporting strap and released the sling to remove the pallet. They proceeded to resecure one metal coil of 2.25 leaving the other 2 unsecured. The unsecured coils tipped over and the injured team member tried to stop the coil from falling with their left side hip.
