Before the incident
TM was working at the Erdman IG line monitoring the space roller application. Once the space roller was getting low the TM needed to load a new one into the Erdman machine
What happened
TM removed a space roller box from the storage location then rolled the space roller to the machine where it needed to be lifted 2 inches into the machine loading cart. The space roller weighs ~120 lbs. TM performed this task twice on the day of the injury
