What happened
Two first shift Operators were counting finished parts that were in a returnable tote. As they finished counting and lifted the VCI bag to fold it into the returnable the bag got caught under one corner of the returnable. The operators worked together to slightly lift the returnable to free the bag and as this happened the operators left pinky finger got pinched in the collapsible side. The operator 's reaction was to jerk their finger back resulting in a laceration.
