What happened
While reinstalling a bin accumulator drop arm on the specialty saw stacker the millwright was helping support the accumulator as the millwright helper retrieved the nuts and bolts to secure the accumulator to the framework. 2 come-a-longs and the linkage rod were holding the accumulator in place. The accumulator came down smashing the tip of his middle finger; employee is unsure if his finger was hit between the piece of equipment and the framework
