What happened
At store picking up supplies for the Barbecue at Restaurant Depot. There were no employees who could assist me in carrying 36 count water bottles so I had to bend at the knees to pull up the water which was too heavy and it pulled my left shoulder Causing instantaneous pain to left upper part. Deltoid area and top of left shoulder.
