What happened
Employee was working in bay [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] working on the LH engine removing an engine fitting bolt on a scissor lift with [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was pulling on the breaker bar while [REDACTED] was pushing on the same breaker bar the breaker bar head sheared off causing [REDACTED] to step back to maintain balance and twist his Right Knee. Afterwards [REDACTED] moved the scissor lift down and [REDACTED] (could not bear weight on Right leg) required assistance to get out of the lift. [REDACTED] was placed in a wheelchair and wheeled to the company van for transport to seek medical attention took employee to [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] was in so much pain he was vomiting. Refused to be transported in ambulance.
