What happened
A strain on right wrist arm was felt by the IW after working on FSR side. The header was TS fabric and the IW claims that lifting pulling the fabric across the table caused it. IW didn 't report pain right away as it was minor and didn 't want to make a big deal of the situation. Overnight the pain increased and was more pronounced. Home remedies were tried and didn 't have enough of an effect. IW sought treatment [REDACTED] days after the incident occurred.
