CONDITIONS IN THE PARKING LOT WERE SNOWY BUT BOTH THE PARKING LOT AND SIDEWALKS WERE PLOWED. EMPLOYEE STATED THEY DID NOT SLIP DUE TO CONDITIONS BUT JUST TRIPPED ACCIDENTALLY.
