What happened
IW was using a pneumatic stapler to fasten a vinyl cover to the base of a loading dock seal. The IW claims the stapler was not functioning properly and attempt to press the gun tip into his palm to free a jam. The IW pulled the trigger while the stapler was still pressed into his palm and a staple was shot into the base of his left palm.
