Employee was dumping an animal waste container for Toffee [REDACTED] and felt a pop in her shoulder and hasn 't been able to lift her since the pop. I applied a cold compress and she took over the counter Tylenol and stated she would go get it checked out at urgent care first thing in the morning but was going to go ahead home for the evening.
