What happened
[REDACTED] was cutting caulk with a utility knife. The caulk was very old and hard requiring more than normal force to cut the caulk. While cutting the caulk [REDACTED] was using his other hand to pull the already cut caulk piece up to make it easier to cut. The blade slipped and struck his left hand just below his thumb. [REDACTED] was wearing level 7 cut gloves at the time and the knife blade penetrated through the glove cutting his hand.
