What happened
[REDACTED] was down on his knees using a circular saw to make kerf cuts in the lightweight concrete to make for easier removal. [REDACTED] had done his due diligence by removing the rusted fasteners in his area of work. As he was adjusting his knee set to continue with the cutting of the lightweight his left knee came upon a rusty screwhead that was missed in the removal. The screw went through his knee pad and punctured into his knee.
