What happened

With the hatch removed the crew continued laying out the membrane over the location where the hatch was removed. Immediately after the membrane was installed [REDACTED] had 2 crew members carry the hatch back over for reinstall. At that same time [REDACTED] was just kneeling down to mark the x where the rubber needed to be cut for the hatch reinstall. During that time [REDACTED] 's work guided him over to the location where the hatch was removed. As [REDACTED] was kneeling to mark the rubber [REDACTED] walked directly over the location where the hatch was removed. His foot sunk down causing him to lose his balance and he fell to his side. He used his hands to catch himself resulting in a laceration.
