[REDACTED] was standing on the bed of the truck trying to remove the attachment from the middle of the vacuum hose before forking off the hose. As he was pulling the attachment he was taking a backwards step. The step backwards took his footing off the trailor causing him to fall. As he fell the back of his left shoulder hit the storage box trailor tongue.
