Installing brackets on a desk

Employee was in the process of assembling a metal desk consisting of two pieces. A co-worker was assisting employee in this process and was holding up one end of the desk so employee could install the connector brackets on the other end. Employee bent down on the floor to gain access to underneath the desk. When positioning his body under the desk the co-worker unexpectedly let go of her end of the desk causing the desk to fall onto employees hand.
