What happened
IW was in the process of lifting the cutting head of the bandsaw. While doing so the pulley door was unsecured from the previous maintenance and swung open. When the door opened the IW attempt to evade the door resulting in the initial strain which was later discovered as a torn rotator cuff to the right shoulder.
