What happened
The IW was in the process of cleaning up the materials that spilled out of the crate he bumped with the forklift. His lead said it 's easier to lift the covers back in with the forklift and the lead began to operator the forklift. During the lifting of the covers they were not balanced evenly and began to slide. The IW 's knee was between the cover and another crate. The contact ended up pinning his left knee against the cover causing the contusion on the knee.
