Before the incident
Performing Daily work routine of picking parts for shipping. Parts were located on upper level of stationary shelves so employee climbed rolling safety ladder to retrieve parts.
What happened
Employee fell coming off ladder steps initially causing minor laceration to right hand and a mark on her right temple where glasses imprinted.
Injury or illness
minor laceration on back of right hand and mark on right temple however next day communicated all over body pain and then knee pain that afternoon. Employee was sent to occupational health where a minor fracture in right knee area and possible concussion was noted.
