Before the incident
I was walking from my car holding food and iced coffee and stepped onto the curb pavement in front of the employee entrance.
What happened
My left foot slipped away from my body due to amount of salt rock on pavement. I landed almost straight down from where I was standing and landed most of my weight on right knee hand and arm. My hand wrist struck ground in an awkward position.
