While conducting an investigation EE and other officer attempted to speak with a subject who became aggressive and non compliant pushing the officers and attempting to leave the scene.

While attempting to put the suspect in handcuffs there was a struggle and EE L ring finger was caught between the handcuffs and suspect 's wrist. EE right arm and both hands were rolled on the with the weight of suspect 's and other officer on scene.

Pain swelling and bruising to left and right hand left ring finger left wrist right wrist and right forearm.

Suspect was aggressive and attempted to leave. Put suspect in handcuffs a struggled ensued. During struggle EE 's L ring finger was caught between handcuffs and L & R hands and R forearm were rolled on by other officer.
