What happened
Employee was asked by the Retail Chief to empty the retail parts return bin. While the employee was dumping the return bin inside a car that was previously cored and opened by the scorpion the employee reached for a part of the car for balance or support. When the employee grabbed the vehicle the teammate grabbed a very sharp part of the vehicle resulting in cutting 3 of his fingers on the right hand. TM was transported to the emergency room via ambulance where the teammate required 4 stitches.
