The EE explained that he injured himself while bending down to pick up a part from the floor. Stating that when he stood up he experienced a sharp pain in his lower left back. He continued to feel the pain throughout the day but initially thought it would subside. At the end of his shift he reported the issue to a supervisor and was asked to contact the temporary agency for next steps and to seek care.
