Employee was running 18 gauge approx. 60 straight through the TDC machine while getting assistance from [REDACTED] and told [REDACTED] to go to the other side to help guide the metal. Employee didn 't hear til the last second and tried to around the straight piece. The edge of the metal hit employee L arm slightly above the elbow causing laceration 1.
