What happened
EE was in [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] pulling what was supposed to be 20 pcs but he pulled 20 bundles of [REDACTED]. He was pulling the boards with both hands and had shifted the way he pulled off the shelf that was about 4 or 5 ft off the floor. He pulled the boards forward with both hands cupping the sides of each bundle then turning to put them down onto a tugger. He then switched positions and attempted to pull the product out of the pick location over his shoulders (alternated) with both hands cupping the product then turn and bring the product down to lower it on a tugger and off of his shoulders.
