What happened
The employee was moving several pan carts from the warehouse to the depaner area. The employee pulled it with both hands and once it turned around the proof box they switched to pulling with one hand to see where they were going. The pan cart kept rolling the employee was unable to stop it on time and their foot and ankle got caught under the cart. This caused their ankle to twist and a small abrasion.
