While holding knife with her right thumb and pointer finger and noticed that her ring finger and pinky gets locked. She started feeling pain on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] evening. Finish parts assigned and asked for more parts she felt minor pain later in evening took Ibuprofen for pain. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called to HR stating she would not be coming to work because her right hand hurts and she could not sleep. [REDACTED] [REDACTED] she was working normally during the morning but at [REDACTED] the pain worsened so she tok [REDACTED] and decided to report this to her supervisor HR at [REDACTED].
