What happened
Description At around [REDACTED] A TM was cleaning up the rolls on line 9 and cut their left arm with their retractable knife. The material was 55840-S [REDACTED]. The operator was holding the sheet with their left arm hand and cutting with their right hand. They were cutting from right to left causing them to cut towards their left arm. The knife slipped from the material and into their arm causing a cut about 3.5 inches long in the lower left forearm.
