The plastic parts were falling out of the die so the Employee went between the Guard and the work table to stack some parts into the final die opening while the machine was running.

Employee was working on [REDACTED] and the parts were not punching correctly in the Final . The Employee walked in between the work table and Guarding while the machine was running to attempt to hand stack the parts in the final die so they would start punching . While doing this the Employee reached in too far causing the Left ring Finger Tip to be partially amputated by the moving die . The Employee received medical first aid in house and then was driven by their supervisor to the ST. Cloud Emergency Room were he was seen and by a Physician then Transported to by the Supervisor to CentraCare -Midsota Plastic Surgery where the employee received stiches and was Prescribed pain medication.
