Before the incident
Installing the Knife set back on the pelletizer and scraping plastic off the die.
What happened
As maintenance employee had just removed the pelletizer knife cover and was putting it back into the machine he realized there was material coming out. Trying to scrape up the material the employee hit their forearm on the knife and it cut them.
