What happened
Employee alleges that the Driver told him that the dock lock was stuck. He asked employee to step on the dock lock and employee told him no so the driver jumped up on the dock lock at that time employee use a board to push down on the dock lock and when the driver jump off it it disengaged and sprung back hurting employee 's right shoulder and right middle to upper back. Employee stated he didn 't think there was anything wrong with the dock lock to begin with.
