What happened
The employee was working on the triplex and depressurizing equipment that is setup during workover rig operations. The employee utilized a knee height level platform to close [REDACTED] and was using the scaffolding ladder to descend from that platform to the ground using the bottom two rungs of the ladder. The employee stepped from the bottom rung to the ground leading with their right leg when they felt a pull and a burn in their right calf upon stepping the ground.
