What happened
Employee was leaving the women 's bathroom when her foot caught on the floor or her own boot she wasn 't sure. She went forward in motion and reached up with her left arm to catch her fall and grabbed at the door jam. When she grabbed it and tried to hold herself from falling she felt a sharp pain in her shoulder and arm. She fell forward out of the bathroom door and onto the ground outside of the bathroom.
