What happened
A forklift operator accidentally had dumped a flash hopper into the big red flash bins out back. Another operator helped him get the flash bin out. When the flash bin was retrieved from the red flash bin it had gotten off track. The operator got off of the truck and assisted the other operator with helping get the flash bin back on track. During this the operator felt a pain in his left lower back and right shoulder.
