What happened
Employee was restocking an aisle and saw a partially broken pallet on the floor he tried to fix by positioning his hand under the bottom middle part of the pallet while his left hand was on the edge of the pallet. When he tried to adjust the board to lay flat the pallet collapsed and fell onto right palm puncturing his palm with the name.
