What happened
Employee was not getting a reading and needed to change the reflective tape to be able to get a reading of the RPMs. Unit was turned off but employee wanted the unit to stop faster and put his hand on the belt to make it stop when the belt trapped his glove and pulled his hand. When employee pulled his hand to the opposite direction pulled the tip of R middle finger.
