Employee was tasked to get a heavy metal door from the upper mezzanine down to the floor. Other staff members were helping. Employee was on the ground level along with another staff member with two staff members on the mezzanine.

The other staff member on the ground floor could not hold the weight of the door and lost their grip. This caused the door to drop and fall onto employee 's Right top foot.
