Employee was cutting the spears into smaller pieces. He got to the final cut a used his left hand to push it through the saw blade. As he went to get the next spear to cut he looked back and noticed the last cut pushed back towards him. He reached with his right hand to push the last cut through his arm touched the bandsaw blade causing a laceration to the outer arm.
