What happened
EE alleges [REDACTED] while walking onsite doing an inspection he stepped on a large loose rock and it rolled out from under his foot and caused his foot to drop to a lower piece of ground and caused him to twist his L knee. EE states he has pain in the back of his L knee. EE states he can walk unassisted and care for himself. EE states he can straighten his knee completely as well as bend it when sitting and feet flat on the ground.
