Employee stated that they were pulling down the top box of three by themselves and the employee thought they had enough room to get the box on the floor with plenty of room for themselves too. As the employee brought down the box the employee backed up to the long side table and the box came down hitting the employee in the lower rib location. Watching the video the box may have been only 2 high.
