What happened
A small dog was running from BBC nursing unit and the employee was chasing behind the dog to prevent the dog from running outside. As she approach the front entrance door to dog stop the try to stop running and tripped over the rug at the front door entrance and fell head first into the metal front doors and fell onto her hand and knee.
