What happened
Employee was in the process of putting labels on the vehicle. The vehicle was mounted on the back of a roll-back tow truck. She was walking around the bed of the roll back truck and grab a door mirror on the truck to balance herself. The mirror broke off and she fell off the roll back onto the ground about 7 feet below. She landed awkwardly on her left leg. 911 was contacted and teammate was transported the the emergency room
