A)IMPROVING ELECTRICAL INSULATION ON THE INDUCTION COIL TO
PREVENT ARCING BETWEEN TURNS OF THE COIL.
B)INSTALLATION OF A POWER INTERRUPTER AT THE CONTROL PANEL TO BE
TRIPPED BY ELECTRICAL ARCING ON THE HEATING COIL.
C)PERIODICALLY EVALUATE THE INTEGRITY OF THE CASTABLE CERAMIC
INSULATION ENCASING THE COIL USING A "HIGH POTENTIAL" TEST.
D)DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT FURNACE MAINTENANCE, REPLACEMENT AND
TESTING SCHEDULES FOR CRITICAL FURNACE COMPONENTS.
E)PROVIDE IN-DEPTH TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES ON THE CONSTRUCTION,
OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND SAFE WORK PRACTICES RELATIVE TO THE
INDUCTION FURNACES.
