Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falling loads, and: a) As required by ANSI B30.16, Frequent inspections required by Para. 16.2.1.2 with records as required by Para. 16..2.1.5 were not conducted on components of the 2000 lb. overhead Yale Hoist, used to lift up dough tub that dumps dough into Rounder Divider hopper.
