Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to:
On or before March 9, 1994, employees could fall and receive broken bones
or a head
concussion when working on wood trusses 11 ft. high from the frozen
ground.  Among others,
some feasible methods to correct this hazardous condition would be to use
body harness and
lanyards and tie off to prevent a fall.
