were exposed to:
(a)  Bay #1 and other bays which may handle material on a two hoist basis;
Two
hoists are used to handle one oxygen lance without the guidance of a
"qualified"
employee as described in ANSI standards B30.11-1973 and ANSI B30.17-1980.
The lance is long enough that one hoist can't handle it.dle
